Our team is made up of the best professionals in the country. At the Centro Hiperbárico de Cascais, you will find treatments in Hyperbaric Medicine, Health Aging, and Aesthetic Medicine. With years of experience and constant supervision by outstanding specialists.
All hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments are continuously monitored by technicians with expertise in Hyperbaric Medicine, certified by the Portuguese Medical Association and accredited by the manufacturer of the hyperbaric chambers.

Dr. Diogo Alpuim Costa

Oncology and Hyperbaric Medicine.
Academic Background:
Graduated in Medicine, with Post-Graduate degrees in Military Health, Sports Medicine, Pain Sciences, and Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine. He also holds a Master’s degree in Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon, and a Ph.D. in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the Nova University of Lisbon.
Dr. Guilherme Bernardo

Urology and Hyperbaric Medicine.
Academic Background:
Graduated in Hyperbaric Medicine and holds a Master’s degree in Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine, both from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon.
Dra. Ana Paz
Doctor
Specialty:
Regenerative and Integrative Medicine.
Academic Background:
Dr Ana Paz holds a degree and a Master’s in Dentistry from the University of Lisbon, with postgraduate training in Advanced Integrated Clinical Practice and Forensic Medicine.
She is a specialist in regenerative and integrative medicine, facial aesthetics and oral surgery, with advanced training in stem cells, photobiomodulation, ozone therapy and biological therapies.
She trained at leading centres in Germany, Switzerland, Brazil, Spain and the United States.
Co-author of two books on PRF, she created the Paz Protocol and currently collaborates with research centres in the USA.
Enf. José Rui Ganilha

Hyperbaric Medicine.
Academic Background:
Graduated in Medical-Surgical Nursing from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal and holds a Master’s degree in Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon.
He has advanced expertise in Hyperbaric and Underwater Nursing, certified by the Portuguese Nursing Association.
Enf. António Lopes
Nurse
Specialty:
Hyperbaric Medicine.
Academic Background:
Graduated in Nursing from the Military Health School. Completed a Post-Graduate specialization in Hyperbaric and Underwater Medicine and holds a Master’s degree in Hyperbaric Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon.
He has advanced specialized expertise in Hyperbaric and Underwater Nursing, certified by the Portuguese Nursing Association.
Manuela Guimarães
Customer Care
Professional Background:
Translation and Interpreting course, and attended Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Lisbon.
Has extensive experience in administrative and executive secretarial roles in both national and multinational companies, particularly in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.
Maria Luís Gameiro
Founder and CEO
Academic Background:
Holds a degree in Economics with a specialization in Corporate Finance. In addition to her work at the CHC, she is also the CEO of several other companies in various negotiation-related fields.
Fun Fact:
She is an female off-road racing champion in Portugal and Spain.
